What happens after you send a message
A real person reads every message that comes in — there's no support ticket system or auto-reply bot standing between you and the team. Bug reports and content corrections are usually the fastest to action since they go straight into the relevant page's source; language suggestions and partnership enquiries take a little longer since they involve a broader decision. If you don't hear back within a few business days, feel free to follow up — messages occasionally land in a spam filter.
